Donate to the EATM

Like many charities, we rely on donations from the general public and our membership to enable us to continue to enhance and protect the work we have done for over 50 years.

Take a look below at the fundraising campaigns we currently have underway to support and raise funds for vital projects through the museum.

Help us get 143 back on track.....

Blackpool Tram 143 is the focus of our next major fundraising campaign, with the aim of returning this historic vehicle to operational condition and transporting it to the East Anglia Transport Museum. This iconic tram has an important story to tell, but significant work still lies ahead. We now need vital funds to help cover the complex logistics involved in safely moving 143 to our museum. Your support will help secure its future, allowing it to be preserved, displayed, and ultimately operated for future generations to experience.

Let's get 488 back on track.....

Glasgow Tram 488 has reached a major milestone in its restoration, with the top deck now reunited with its lower half. This marks an important step forward with the distinctive shape of this historic tram visible once again. However, there is still much more work to do. We now require vital funds to continue the restoration, supporting specialist skills, materials and remaining stages of work to ensure the future of this historic tram for generations to come.
